                                        We recommend -

                      Apart from the Famous "Australia Zoo" that we recommend to couples as well as families, it makes a
                      truly great day out. We also suggest you visit the Eumundi markets their is a vast veriety of products on offer
                      with cafe's and restaurants for lunch it has a great atmosphere, open on Wednesdays, Saturdays & Sundays.
                      Other great places to visit are Montville & Maleny, both wonderful mountain top town's full of very interesting
                      specialty shops, pubs & cafe's and the most amazing views down to the coast. There are wineries, art galleries
                      and a superb cheese factory all close by.

                      For the very best views of the heritage listed Glass House Mountains
                      there are several look-out's just 10 minutes down the road from the Hideaway. Most have wonderful walks to
                      the top but if your feeling lazy there is one you can drive right to the top of. This look out has just had a make over
                      and now has a great picnic area complete with BBQ's. We can supply you with a BBQ hamper complete with wine
                      so you can enjoy an afternoon admiring this wonderful veiw, what a romantic spot to sip your wine whilst whatching
                      the sun slowly slip behind the mountains.



Eating -     Beerwah has an excellent pub that produces restaurant style meals, an RSL and cafes as well as take away food
                      (Chinese, Thai, Pizza, Subway, Fish & Chips ).
                      There is also a Chinese restaurant very close by and Glass House has cafes and a new Tavern.
                      The Rustic Cabin Restaurant is only 10 minutes away.

                                        Hot Air Balloon flight
                                                  floating over the magnificent Glasshouse Mountains at dawn is a breathtaking experience not
                                                  to be missed you will get a birds eye view of these fantastic natural structures, the remains of
                                                  ancient volcaneos and then enjoy a champagne breakfast back at the Hideaway.
