All our rooms are furnished to a high standard and have en-suite bathrooms
Each room leads out onto its own private deck overlooking the gardens   ( a great place for breakfast)
Remote Control Digital TV, CD/DVD Player, Internet connection, In house music selection for your enjoyment
Ceiling fan & Air con, Fridge, Iron & Board, Hair drier & Tea/Coffee making facilities are all supplied in the room.

ROOM 1:   also has a corner Spa bath with slatted timber shutters that open
                   into the main room with deep cosy arm chairs
                   and candles to set a relaxing mood

          Complimentary continental breakfast selection
           is included in the room rate.
          Full cooked beakfast option available @ $12.

          Maximum Occupancy per Suite - 2 People
          Maximum Occupancy in Studio - 4 people
          Check in from 2pm
          Check Out by 10am

          Private guest entrance - separate from owners.
          Pool available for guest use. ( Not in winter)

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy : A 30% administration fee will be charged if booking cancelled.
Deposits none refundable within 1 calendar month
(Unless public holiday or high season period, in which case a 100% cancelation fee is incurred                                                                             within 1 calendar month of booking arrival date )

If booking cancelled within 14 days prior to stay a 100% cancelation fee is incurred

High Season bookings : Full payment in advance 1 month prior to all public holidays and high season periods such as Christmas and
New Year period,, Easter week-end, Queens Birthday, Valentine's, Anzac, Australia or labour Day etc.
(or credit card details held, the full tariff will be deducted if booking cancelled within 1 month of stay).

Please note : All bank and credit card refunds will be made to the origional depositing account only. No third party accounts will be     accepted. If you do decide not to proceed with your booking, prompt notification by both writtem email and phone will be required.

No Smoking rooms, No pets allowed. Damage to property or groungs by you or your guests will be charged to your account.
All none residents to have left the premises by 11.30pm. Our room rates and wedding packages are reviewed each year with new rates commencing on the 1st. January each year.

Responcible Parenting: Children are not to be left unsupervised at anytime anywhere. Children running around outside after dark
or making a disturbance will not be acceptable.
