Both Split Level Rooms are furnished to a high standard and have Queen Beds with a canopy
Each room leads out onto its own private deck overlooking the gardens   ( a great place for breakfast)
Remote Control Colour TV, CD/DVD/MP3 Player, In house music selection for your enjoyment
Ceiling fan & air con, Mini Fridge, Iron & Board, Hair drier & Tea/Coffee making facilities are all supplied
in the room.

ROOM 1:   also has a corner Spa bath with slatted timber shutters that open
                   into the main room with deep cosy arm chairs
                   and candles to set a relaxing mood

          Complimentary breakfast is included in the room rate.
          Full cooked option on Sat & Sun Morning,
          Continental selection from Mon to Fri Morning.
          Maximum Occupancy per room - 2 People
          Check in from 2pm
          Check Out by 10am

          Rooms Serviced Daily (beds made, fresh towels etc.)
          Private guest entrance - separate from owners.
          Pool available for guest use. ( Not in winter)
          No Smoking in rooms ( Smoking allowed on deck )

Cancellation Policy

A $20. fee will be deducted from your deposit if booking canelled ( See below for more info )

Deposits none-refundable if booking cancelled after 8am local time 2 weeks prior to stay but can be transferred
to another date if rebooking at the same time.

If booking accommodation within 7 days of stay date, deposit none refundable if booking cancelled after 8am local time
2 days prior to stay but can be transferred to another date if rebooking at the same time.
